This is the second time I’ve gone to this tire place to put air in my tires and both times they don’t screw back on correctly the car tire caps! So I have to buy new ones again mind you I get my caps customize. So this is so annoying. And yes I tip them at least $5/$10 for free air the least they can do is tighten them on correctly!

No. Absolutely avoid this tire shop. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I purchased a tire from Bronco Tire Shop, and within the first hour of driving, the tire failed catastrophically. It left me stranded in the middle of the night with my baby in the car, and I had to pay for a tow just to get home safely. When I brought the tire back, instead of taking responsibility or trying to make things right, I was immediately told they would “never sell a bad tire,” as if that somehow changed what had just happened. I was originally told I would only have to pay a $40 difference to replace the tire. When I returned, that suddenly became $60. It isn’t about the extra $20. It’s about honoring what you tell your customers. To make matters even more frustrating, they gave me a tire that was the wrong size for my vehicle. When I pointed it out, they denied it, insisting they would never sell the wrong size. Yet it was the wrong size. Over the course of three separate days, I kept returning, hoping they would r

Thought i had initially found a good shop. They were cool the first time around. I just brought my car is for a nail in my tire. They Charged me $25 a month ago and then lied to my face saying it was always $35. When i told the guy who helped me the other guys that were here charged me $25 he told me that was for 15 -16 inch rims and mine are 22s… Plenty of other places to go. The money doesn’t mean anything to me. It’s the principle. I won’t be bringing any of my cars here again. Only gave them two stars because he put the tire on the tailgate for me.
